NEW items - Returnable within 14 days of receipt of item. No refund on shipping costs incurred by Northerner Guitars, a 10% restock fee charged and buyer pays return shipping unless item arrives in condition different than described.
USED items - Returnable within 7 days of receipt of item. No refund on shipping costs incurred by Northerner Guitars, a 10% restock fee charged and buyer pays return shipping unless item arrives in condition different than described.
NO returns on items involving a trade in unless item arrives in condition different than described
